How much of Atlas's working-out you see while a task is running.

Show only the conversation Hide the individual steps Atlas takes — the files it opens, the commands it runs — so you see only the conversation. The full detail is kept either way, and you can always read it in the task's log. Show technical details Adds the developer view of a task: which folder and branch it worked in, and the Events, Diff and Raw log tabs. Off by default — nothing is hidden from you, it is just out of the way until you want it. Show link previews When a message links a web page, a card under it shows the page's title, description and picture. Atlas fetches the page for you to build it; the picture loads from the site itself. Turn this off and links stay plain links. Applies to your account only.

Notifications

Hear from Atlas when a task finishes, fails or has a question for you — on this device, even with Atlas closed. Each device is turned on separately.

Your time

What an hour of your own time is worth internally. Used only to price the estimated time Atlas saved you — it never appears on an invoice.

Voice calls

A call hangs up by itself when it reaches either limit. The OpenAI key is normally shared by the whole company, so these limits apply to everyone. The cost is an estimate from OpenAI's list prices.

Your accounts

Connect your Microsoft 365 or Outlook account so Atlas can work with your mail and calendar. You can connect more than one — a private and a work mailbox.

Set up Microsoft 365 (for administrators)

One-time, by whoever administers this Atlas. Register an app in Microsoft Entra ID — any organizational directory and personal Microsoft accounts, the redirect URI below under “Mobile and desktop applications”, delegated Graph permissions Mail.ReadWrite, Mail.Send, Calendars.ReadWrite, User.Read and offline_access, “Allow public client flows” on, and no client secret. Then paste the Application (client) ID here.

Google Drive

Connect a Google account so Atlas can work with its Drive — My Drive, shared drives and what others shared. You can connect more than one — a private and a company account.

Disconnecting removes the account from Atlas. To withdraw the permission at Google as well, use myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Set up Google Drive (for administrators)

One-time, by whoever administers this Atlas. In Google Cloud, enable the Drive API, configure the OAuth consent screen (Internal for a Google Workspace organisation — an External app in Testing status loses every grant after seven days), and create an OAuth client of type “Web application” with the redirect URI below. Then paste its Client ID and Client secret here.

ownCloud

Connect an ownCloud or Infinite Scale server — your own, or a managed one — so Atlas can work with those files. Several servers can be connected at once.

On-prem proxy

Let Atlas work with files on a computer or server in your own network. A small program on that computer connects out to Atlas — no open port, no VPN.

Add a computer

Download the program for the computer that holds the files.
On that computer, unzip it and double-click atlas-onprem. It connects to Atlas by itself and opens a page in the browser.
On that page, choose the folders Atlas may use and switch on automatic start. No commands needed.

The download is personal: it connects to your account, works once and expires after 24 hours. Windows may warn that the app comes from an unknown publisher — choose “More info”, then “Run anyway”.

Server or NAS without a screen (command line)

Create a pairing code and run the command shown in the unzipped folder. Then share folders with atlas-onprem root add NAME FOLDER (add --writable to allow changes) and keep it running with atlas-onprem service install --machine.

The computer's owner decides which folders Atlas may see and whether it may change them — Atlas cannot widen that. Every access is written to the proxy's audit log on that computer.

bexio

Connect your bexio company so Atlas can work with contacts, quotes, invoices, time tracking and the books. Several companies can be connected at once.

Skribble

Connect a Skribble API user so Atlas can send PDFs for electronic signature, check who has signed and fetch the signed document. Several API users can be connected at once.

Jira

Connect a Jira Cloud site so Atlas can search, read and work on its issues and service-desk tickets. Several sites can be connected at once.

Disconnecting removes the site from Atlas. To invalidate the API token itself, delete it at id.atlassian.com.

Passwords for your other systems

Sign-in details Atlas needs to reach your other systems — an ERP login, a mail password. Kept on this machine only.

Once saved, a value can never be shown again — not here and not anywhere else. To change one, simply enter it again.

People

Everyone with access to this Atlas. Each person's runs, memory, connected mailboxes and credentials are their own — an administrator sees who has a seat, not what they are working on.

Removing someone is a step somebody has to take: Atlas manages its own accounts, so nothing outside it will end their access. Suspending takes effect immediately, including any session they already have open.

Company mail

A mail server Atlas can send through — for reports, summaries and anything you ask it to email. It sends as the company, from the address below. To reply inside somebody's own Outlook thread, use their Microsoft 365 connection instead.

GitHub issues

Control whether managed runs and the Issues pane may create GitHub issues. Repos can turn this off individually.

Tasks at the same time

How many tasks Atlas may work on at the same time on this machine. Beyond this number, new tasks wait their turn.

Developer settings

Private skill repositories. A repository ships with Atlas encrypted and stays invisible until someone enters the credential for it.

Show Bugs & ideas The pane reads and writes GitHub issues, so it is hidden from the menu unless you switch it on here. Show Repos The pane lists your code checkouts and their commits, and it is the only place to add one. Hidden from the menu unless you switch it on here. Show the technical skill view Replaces the skill catalog with the developer view: installed versus available, ids, versions, layers and the full skill text. Off for everyone who does not need it. Show hidden skills A few skills stay out of every list on purpose, like Atlas’s easter eggs. This shows them.
